I want one of your drawings I saw on Instagram as a print but it's not on your store, can I still purchase it?

Whilst not all drawings on my Instagram feed can be printed, most can. Just complete my custom request form indicating the design you would like and purchase my custom print product. 

 

Can I get one of your designs tattooed?

Of course! Just send me an email with the design you would like and I'll add it to the shop for purchase. I'll supply you with a digital tattoo certificate with a print friendly file for your selected tattoo artist to create the stencil. 

 

How much would a custom design cost?

Each piece of custom work is different and can involving varying amounts of research and production time which will impact the cost. I'll working with you to lockdown an artist brief and provide you with a quote. If you choose to go ahead, you will need to pay a 10% deposit before work will commence. 

 

How long will a custom design take? 

Whilst I strive to complete all customs works within a few weeks of a deposit being paid, I'm currently experiencing high demand with wait times of 4 to 6 weeks. Depending on the size and intricacy of the work, timelines will vary but I will always provide an estimated completion time with a quote. 

 

Shipping 

Has my order been shipped? 

Orders will typically be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. I print on demand through a local Newcastle Art Gallery and orders are hand pack by my brother in high school whilst I'm out here living in New Zealand.  Selling prints is a way to support my creative hobbies, so please be patient whilst we prepare your special piece of art for shipment!

How long does an order take to arrive?

Whilst local shipping in Australia is usually pretty quick, I've found international shipping to be quite unpredictable, if I am notified with any significant delays I will contact you directly.  See below general estimated shipping times. 

• Australia: 2-5 Business days Australia wide 

• Europe: Envelopes usually arrive within 2-3 weeks, packages may take up to 4-8 weeks

• USA/Canada:  Envelopes usually arrive within 3-4 weeks, packages may take up to 4-8 weeks
• International: Envelopes usually arrive within 2-3 weeks, packages may take up to 4-8 weeks

 

Please don't email me asking about your order unless it has been longer than the dates above. Packages are currently untracked due to high costs of tracking. 

 

Returns Policy

Buyer is responsible for paying any return fees. Refunds given once the item is returned.

If a package comes back due to a mistake in the address the shipping costs will be reapplied. Thanks for your understanding.

Should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact me immediately and share  photographic evidence of the fault. Once verified I'll endeavour to send out a replacement print.
